About Jack
Jack has been serving the North Side of the Indianapolis Real Estate
Community, including North Marion County, Fishers, Geist, Carmel and
Zionsville since 1968. He began his career as a mortgage loan officer,
continued as a real estate developer, and finally moved into residential
real estate sales in 1974.
He co-founded CENTURY 21 Realty Group I (now Prudential
Indiana Realty Group) in 1980 which has been the #1 office in the
CENTURY 21 System of 6000+ offices since 1994. Jack was the principal
broker for CENTURY 21 Realty Group I from 1980 through 1991.
Jack has a B.S. in Management from Butler University with
graduate level work and also holds the following real estate
certifications:
- Graduate Realor Institute- GRI
- Certified Residential Specialist- CRS (only 4% of nation's agents hold this designation)
- Seniors Real Estate Specialist- SRES
Member Fellow of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (R.E.A.L.)
Jack was the president of the Ivy Hills Residents
Association in 1996-2000- a 660 family residential community in
northeast Indianapolis, Past President, Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood
Association- a 1000 family residential community of multi-cultural
diversity and the Past President, Toastmasters Club- an International
speaking organization whose motto is "For Better Listening, Thinking and
Speaking".
In the over 30 years of residential real estate
sales and hundreds of properties sold, he has never had a complaint

About Steve
Steve Rupp started working with his father in
January 2000 after earning his Real Estate License in 1999. He has a
diverse background, which aids The Zulu Group in providing exceptional
service to their clients. Steve graduated from Xavier University in 1995
with a BSBA majoring in Entrepreneurial Studies. He earned his broker's
license in December 2000. Steve has earned his Accredited Buyers
Representative (ABR) designation, which has helped him better
serve buyer clients through exclusive buyer representation as well as
his e-PRO & e-PRO 2.0 certifications, which have given him some of
the most advanced technology tools and training available in real estate
today to better serve both buyer and seller clients. He is a Seniors
Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which allows him to deliver specialized
services to the unique needs of clients aged 50 & better. Steve is
proud to be a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is the most
coveted in all of real estate. Rigid requirements must be met and a
mastery of client service and skills must be attained. Steve also
has earned his Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) designation, which
is an intense program designed to provide skills and knowledge of new
home construction & sales for both production and custom builders
and how to work with the unique needs of clients looking to build a new
home. In the Fall of 2008, Steve completed his At Home With Diversity
(AHWD) certification, which teaches students how to work with people of
all ethnic backgrounds to assist them in buying, selling, & building
a new home. In response to the housing crisis, Steve earned his
Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation in the Fall of
2009 giving him specialized knowledge of how to best help clients
looking to purchase distressed property or sell their home before going
to foreclosure.
Steve has completed a 3-year Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI) training program covering advanced study is all areas of
real estate. Steve also finished his Accredited Sellers'
Representative (ASR) course in 2008, which will help him to better
serve seller clients with advanced training and cutting edge
strategies. He has his Residential Finance Specialist (RFS)
designation, which will better enable him to assist buyers and sellers
with financing questions and issues. Finally, Steve also earned his
Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation, which will allow him
to advise his clients how to best prepare their homes for sale. Only a
handful of all real estate agents worldwide hold these designations and
certifications. He is a Fellow of R.E.A.L (Real Estate Academy of
Leadership), which he completed in the summer of 2007. R.E.A.L. is a
year-long course focusing on leadership training and education within
MIBOR and introduces students to the innerworkings of MIBOR and local
government.
Steve was selected by his peers to serve a 3-year term
on the board of directors of the Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR)
from 2008-2010.
Steve worked for First of America Bank, first in the Management
Training Program, then in Commercial Cash Management Sales, and finally
into Retail Branch Management. Steve worked briefly with Genesis
Marketing Group, which is an independent manufacturer's representative
for commercial grade kitchen equipment and contract furniture. Steve
also was a project manager for Ideas At Work, Inc., where he developed
many large accounts while selling promotional marketing products.
Steve has been honored for several years by his
clients who have placed him in the top 10% in customer service by
earning the coveted Quality Service Award. Additionally, Steve was
recently honored again by his clients in being selected by Indianapolis Monthly
as one of their 5-Star Real Estate Agents, which is only awarded to the
top 7% of all real estate agents in Greater Indianapolis. As a
result of this unparalleled commitment to customer service, The Zulu
Group is consistently one of the top performing teams in the company.
Steve is 38 years old and married Brigid
Monaghan on August 16, 2003. They welcomed their first child Anastasia
Marie into this world on September 2, 2005 & their second daughter
Natalia Christine on January 26, 2010. They are very proud and happy
parents.
Steve is very active in the community. Residing in Westfield, IN, he
is active in the Fishers & Westfield Chambers of Commerce. He
attends St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, and is a past Assistant
Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 441 where he earned his Eagle Scout
rank. Steve served on the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Junior
Chamber of Commerce for the past eight years. He is a past president of
the Info. Connection II Networking Group in Fishers and is a past
President & Chairman of The Board of the Indianapolis Junior Chamber
of Commerce and Junior Chamber Foundation. Steve is also a past member
of the Venture Club of Indiana, a long-time member of St. Pius X
Catholic Church and a member of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
He loves to spend time with his family, likes to travel (especially to Europe), workout, camp and play most sports.
